  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gel
  • 2 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
