  • 1 large can crushed pineapple (with juice)
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (lite), softened
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. pretzel sticks, crushed
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick butter or oleo
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Directions

    Heat pineapple with juice, 2 tablespoons sugar and cornstarch. Cook until thickened.
