  • 1 c. crushed pretzel sticks
  • 3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
  • 1 pt. strawberries
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 16 oz. Cool Whip
  • 3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
  • 1 pt. strawberries
  • 1 c. boiling water

Directions

    Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter and sugar together. Press in bottom of 8.5 x 11 casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

    Let cool completely.

    Cream the cream cheese; add powdered sugar.

    Mix well and fold in 1/2 of the Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Mix jello and 1 cup boiling water.

    Add strawberries and pour over second layer.

    Chill 1 to 2 hours. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top.
