Ingredients

  • 2 2/3 c. broken pretzel sticks
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 small pkg. Cool Whip
  • 2 (3 oz.) strawberry jello
  • 2 c. pineapple juice
  • 2 (10 oz.) strawberries (frozen)

Directions

    Crumble pretzel sticks and mix with melted oleo and sugar. Press in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 6 to 10 minutes. Blend cheese and sugar.

    Fold in Cool Whip and spread mixture over cooled pretzel crust.

    Dissolve jello in hot pineapple juice.

    Add frozen strawberries.

    Pour jello mixture over cheese mixture and let set.
