  • 2 c. butter
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. (2/3 can) crushed Pringle potato chips (plain)
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Cream butter, sugar and vanilla.

    Add flour; mix well.

    Stir in crushed chips and nuts.

    Combine thoroughly.

    Form into one-inch balls.

    Roll in colored sugar. Place on ungreased pan; flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.

    Bake for 14 to 16 minutes, until lightly brown on edges.
