"Prissy" Pecans

  • 2 tsp. powdered instant coffee
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • dash of salt
  • 2 c. pecan halves

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in saucepan.

    Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil 3 minutes stirring constantly.

    Spread on wax paper and separate pecan halves as they cool.

    Pecans will be sugar coated, but not sticky.
