- Meatballs:
- 3 pounds ground burger
- 1 cup uncooked rice white rice
- 1 cup milk
- 1 fine chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (fresh or dried)
- 3 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste (optional)
Directions

1Mix ingredients in meat balls and form into desired sized balls.

2Put into a cake pan in a single layer and pour sauce over.

3Cover with foil and bake at 350F (180C) for 1 1/2 hours.
