- 6 (4 to 6 oz.) tenderloin steaks
- salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 5 Tbsp. whiskey
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 c. beef stock
Directions

1Season steaks with salt, pepper and garlic.

2Heat butter in large skillet.

3Add steaks, saute 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.

4Remove from skillet and keep warm.
