- 1 large melon
- 16 wide, thin slices Prosciutto
Directions

1Melon should be ripe and chilled.

2Cut in half and remove seeds.

3Slice into pieces 3/4-inch wide.

4Cut along bottom of flesh near rind, but do not separate rind from melon.

5This makes the melon easier to eat and preserves its appearance.

6Put 2 slices of Prosciutto on each melon slice.

7Serve 2 melon slices per person.
