  • 1/4 honeydew or cantaloupe melon, peeled and sliced (about 1/2 cup or 4 ounces)
  • 2 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar
  • 5 ounces (16 thin slices) prosciutto
  • 2 avocados, halved, pitted and each half cut into 4 wedges

    Process the melon and vinegar in a blender or food processor until completely smooth.

    Gently wrap a slice of prosciutto around each avocado wedge and lay on a platter or individual plates.
