Ingredients

  • 12 cup dried apricot (I counted 13)
  • 13 cup dried cranberries
  • 12 cup dried edamame
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 1 cup oat bran

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together in food processor.

    Use rubber spatula & spread onto glass baking dish.

    I used a small one so that I would have thicker bars.

    Bake 350 for 30 minutes.

    Cool, cut, enjoy.
