- 6 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 12 packets sweetener
- 12 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
- cinnamon to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Blend eggs, vanilla, lemon juice and sweetener in blender until smooth.

3Gradually add cottage cheese and pure cinnamon.

4Blend until smooth.

5Pour into Pam sprayed pie plate.

6Bake approximately 45 minutes.

7Let cool 30 minutes to 1 hour.

8Then refrigerate.

9One slice equals 1 protein.
