- 300 ml skim milk
- 1 banana
- 20 g protein powder

1Follow this sequence to ensure shake does not have too much froth.

2measure milk and pour into a blender.

3chop banana and place in blender.

4whiz blender till banana has been fully blended (approx 30 secs).

5NOW ADD the (non flavoured) protein powder, and blend for just 4-5 seconds.
