  • 1 tbsp Coconut flour
  • 2 tsp Raw cacao
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Sweetener

Directions

    Add all the dry ingredients into a cup an mix

    Add the rest of the ingredients into the same cup and mix again

    Bake for about 2 minutes in the microwave

    Top off with fresh fruit and maybe some thick yogurt
