  • 120 g whey powder
  • 12 cup soymilk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 teaspoon baking powder
  • butter
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • blackburns sugar-free syrup

Directions

    Mix protein powder, milk, eggs, oil and baking powder in a mixer until smooth.

    Ladle two large spoon fulls of batter onto sprayed skillet.

    flip when required.

    Place butter pads on pancakes and pour syrup to taste.
