- 1 medium Egg
- 1 pinch Baking Powder
- 1 Milk (Semi or Whole)
- 1 Scoop of Protein Powder (any flavour)
- 2 tsp Coconut Oil or Olive Oil
Directions

1Heat oil in frying pan over a low to medium heat

2Mix all other ingredients with a hand mixer

3Add milk gradually to desired consistency

4Pour mix into frying pan and fry for 1-2 minutes each side

5Top with whatever u fancy, honey, fruit, chocolate sauce if u r feeling naughty!

6I have protein powder every morning as part of a low carb diet.
