Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Egg
  • 1 pinch Baking Powder
  • 1 Milk (Semi or Whole)
  • 1 Scoop of Protein Powder (any flavour)
  • 2 tsp Coconut Oil or Olive Oil

Directions

    Heat oil in frying pan over a low to medium heat

    Mix all other ingredients with a hand mixer
  3. 3
    Add milk gradually to desired consistency
  4. 4
    Pour mix into frying pan and fry for 1-2 minutes each side
  5. 5
    Top with whatever u fancy, honey, fruit, chocolate sauce if u r feeling naughty!

    I have protein powder every morning as part of a low carb diet.

    Having these pancakes makes a nice change.
