- 1 cup soymilk
- 1/4 cup olive
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
Directions
