  • 1/2 cups Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cups Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 cups Carob Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 teaspoons Peppermint Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoons Stevia, Liquid
  • 4 Tablespoons Coconut Oil, Liquid

Directions

    Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir together.

    Scoop onto a plate or tray, shape each scoop like a cookie, then set in the fridge to set.

    You want the cookies to be hard to the touch.

    Keep the thin mints in the refrigerator or store in the freezer.
