  • 1-1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 1 c. stewed prunes
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. soda

Directions

    Blend first 4 ingredients, sift the flour and spices, add the prunes, buttermilk and soda.

    Pour into a bundt pan and bake at 350° until done, when knife comes out clean.
