  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) junior-size jar prunes with tapioca
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

    Into large bowl of electric mixer, put flour, sugar, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, salad oil, eggs, jar of prunes and nuts.

    Beat on medium speed just until well blended.

    Turn into a 10-inch tube pan that has been greased and lightly floured. Bake in a 350° oven for about 45 minutes.
