- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. salad oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) junior-size jar prunes with tapioca
- 1 c. chopped nuts

1Into large bowl of electric mixer, put flour, sugar, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, salad oil, eggs, jar of prunes and nuts.

2Beat on medium speed just until well blended.

5Turn into a 10-inch tube pan that has been greased and lightly floured. Bake in a 350° oven for about 45 minutes.
