  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 1 c. oil
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 jars baby prunes
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. fine chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix sugar and spices.

    Add oil, eggs and prunes.

    Add flour, a small amount at a time, until all is added.

    Mix in nuts.

    Pour into a well-greased tube pan.

    Start in cold oven set at 300°. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
