  • 1 Tbsp. shortening
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. flour

    Mix batter like pancake dough.

    Melt 1/2 stick butter in baking pan.

    Pour mixed batter into pan.

    Spoon fruit of you choice on top of batter.

    As it bakes, crust rises to the top.
