  • 1/4 cup light-colored corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 (12-ounce) package whole pitted prunes
  • 2/3 cup water

Directions

    Place the first 3 ingredients in a food processor, and process 5 seconds. With the processor on, slowly add water through food chute, and process until mixture is smooth, scraping sides of bowl once. Spoon puree into an airtight container, and store in refrigerator for up to 2 months.
