  • 1 lb. prunes, cooked and pitted
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. (1/2 pt.) light cream

Directions

    Place prunes in bottom of pie shell.

    Combine sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon.

    Stir in the cream.

    Pour mixture over prunes. Bake in oven at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
