  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 small cartons Cool Whip
  • 1 (3.5 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (5.8 oz.) box instant chocolate pudding
  • 4 c. milk

Directions

    Melt butter; pour it in the flour, baking soda and salt.

    Pour into greased pan (butter bottom of pan).

    Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Cool.
