- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1 (4 serving) pkg. vanilla cook and serve pudding
- 1 c. light or dark corn syrup
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 c. pecans
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Stir pudding mix into corn syrup in medium bowl until blended.

3Stir in milk and egg.

4Mix in pecans.

5Pour into pie shell.

6Bake 45 minutes or until top is firm and just begins to crack.
