- 1 small pkg vanilla cook & serve pudding & pie filling
- 1 cup (225 ml) light or dark corn syrup
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) evaporated milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 cup (225 ml) chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked pastry shell (9 inch)
- thawed Cool Whip
Directions

1Heat oven to 375 degrees (200 C.).

2Stir pudding mix into corn syrup in medium bowl until blended.

3Stir in evaporated milk and egg.

4Mix in pecans.

5Pour into pastry shell.

6Bake 45 min or until done.

7Cool 3 hours before cutting.
