- 6 oz. undrained jalapeno peppers
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 4 (4 oz.) boneless pork loin chops or pork tenderloin
- 1 tsp. oil or Pam
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients in blender container and puree. Marinate chops in mixture for 8 to 12 hours.

2(Can be done up to 24 hours, but will be very hot!)

3Heat oil in skillet (or spray with Pam).

4Scrape marinade off meat and discard.

5Pan-broil chops 3 to 5 minutes per side.

6Serve with a vegetable and/or salad and rice.
