- 1 loaf Italian bread
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 lb. raisins
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 gal. milk
- sugar to taste
Directions

1Break bread into small pieces.

2In large bowl, add the milk to the bread.

3Let set for 2 hours.

4Add eggs, butter,

5vanilla, salt and sugar; beat with electric mixer until creamy.

6Add the raisins.

7Pour into a 12 x 10-inch buttered loaf pan.

8Bake at 350° for 2 hours.
