- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar, sifted
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°. Beat eggs slightly. Mix in milk, then flour and nutmeg. Leave batter slightly lumpy. Melt butter in large skillet with ovenproof handle. Pour batter in skillet. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with lemon juice and then sifted confectioner's sugar. Pancake will puff while baking and fall when removed from oven. Serves 2 people as main breakfast entre and 4 people as side breakfast entre.
