- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. boiling water
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Sift flour; measure.

2Add salt and sift again.

3Combine margarine and boiling water in saucepan.

4Keep over low heat until butter is melted.

5Add flour all at once and stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball and leaves side of pan. Remove from heat.

6Add unbeaten eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each egg; continue beating until a thick dough is formed.

7Drop by small teaspoon on greased sheet.

8Bake at 400° until beads of moisture no longer appear on surface 20 to 22 minutes.

9When cool, cut tops off.

10Put a small amount of chicken or crab salad in puff.

11Replace top.

12Refrigerate.

13May be frozen and filled later.
