  • 1/2 boxes (1 Sheet From A 14-17 Ounce Box) Puff Pastry
  • 1 whole Egg White
  • 1 Tablespoon Water
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Rosemary (or 1 Teaspoon Of Dried)

Directions

    Thaw puff pastry on counter for about 40 minutes.

    Unfold thawed puff pastry onto a piece of parchment paper or a silpat. Cut into 12 thin strips.

    In a small bowl, mix egg white with water. Brush egg mixture onto puff pastry.

    Sprinkle pastry with salt, garlic salt and rosemary.

    Bake in a 400 degree F oven for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
