  • 6 egg whites
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. water
  • 4 slices Velveeta cheese
  • 4 pats butter

Directions

    Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until peaks form.

    In separate bowl, mix yolks, water and mayonnaise until combined. Fold yolks into egg whites.

    Melt butter in skillet at medium heat.

    Add mixture and cook for 10 minutes.

    Take skillet off heat and bake in oven at 400° for 7 minutes.

    During last 2 minutes in oven, put cheese on top.

    Serves 4.
