- 1 -2 tablespoon butter
- 12 cup milk (I use 2% reduced-fat milk)
- 12 cup all-purpose flour
- 14 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- lemon wedge
- powdered sugar
- fresh berries
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425F

2Melt 2 tablespoons butter in 10-inch ovenproof skillet over medium heat, tilting to coat bottom and sides of pan.

3Whisk together milk, flour, sugar, eggs, softened butter and nutmeg in bowl.

4Pour into skillet.

5Cook 1 minute.

6Place pan in oven and bake 12 to 15 minutes, until puffed and golden.

7Squeeze lemon over top and sprinkle with powdered sugar and fresh berries.

8Cut pancake in pan and serve with a spatula.

9Serve immediately.
