- 6 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp liquid smoke
- 1 can beer
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 barbeque sauce of choice
- 1 1/2 lb bottom round roast
Directions

1add everything but the bbq sauce to a crock pot.

2fyi for my beer I used Coors light.

3any beer will do, since it's just for flavor

4cook the meat on high until the thermometer pops out.

5remove the thermometer and return to the crock pot for a few hours until the meat pulls apart easily.

6drain the liquid from the roast.

7you can keep the chopped onions in with the roast if you wish

8pull apart the roast with two forks.

9it's better to leave the roast in the pot, so it doesn't make as big of a mess.

10add your bbq sauce and cook on low for about an hour

11serve on your preference of bun or roll
