Pulled Pork Flatbread

  • 1 Prepared thin pizza crust (I bought one at the grocery store but homemade will be delicious also)
  • 1/4 cup Barbecue sauce
  • 6 oz Pulled pork
  • 1 cup Fresh mozzarella
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Chopped red onion
  • 1 Avocado, sliced

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400F

    Place crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone and top with sauce then pulled pork, then onion and both cheeses.

    Bake 15 to 20 minutes

    Top with fresh slices of avocado and enjoy!
