  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • paprika

    Cook potatoes in jacket the night before using.

    Do not overcook.

    Cool and refrigerate.

    Next day, peel, shred (do not grate) into shallow baking dish (7 x 12 x 2-inch).

    Arrange lightly in dish.

    Add salt and cheese.

    Pour cream over potatoes.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour or until brown. These can be prepared early in the day.
