- 3 pounds Pork Butt Roast
- 2 Tablespoons Crushed Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 1 Large Onion
- 1 cup Sherry Wine, Divided
- 2 Carrots
- 1 cup Cider Vinegar, Divided
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1/2 cups Sliced Radish
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes
- 6 loaves French Baquette Rolls
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cups Chili Sauce

2Heavily salt and pepper the pork butt.

6Sear pork butt on grill (or in a saute pan) over high heat with oil, until browned on all sides.
