- 1 c. salad oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 (15 oz.) can of pumpkin
- 2 c. plain flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.

2Beat well.

3Sift and then add rest of ingredients to pumpkin mixture.

4Spoon batter into 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan.

5Bake 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
