  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 (15 oz.) can of pumpkin
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.

    Beat well.

    Sift and then add rest of ingredients to pumpkin mixture.

    Spoon batter into 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan.

    Bake 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
