Ingredients
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 c. pumpkin pie filling
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine coconut, graham cracker crumbs, walnuts and melted butter in a large mixing bowl; mix well.

2Press 2/3 of mixture into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

3Combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, spice and salt.

4Spoon over coconut mixture.

5Sprinkle remaining coconut mixture over top.

6Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.

7Cool in pan.

8Chill thoroughly.

9Cut into bars.

10Yield: about 2 dozen.
