- 4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 2 1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 egg
- 2 lb. 8 oz. canned pumpkin
- 2 1/2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In mixer bowl, combine flour, sugars and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.

3Mix in walnuts.

4Mix in margarine until crumbly.

5Do not overmix.

6Reserve 2 1/4 cups mixture for topping. To remaining mixture, add 1 egg; mix until dough forms.

7Spread dough on bottom of ungreased 12 x 18-inch pan.

8In mixer bowl, combine pumpkin, condensed milk, 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, allspice and salt; mix well.

9Pour evenly over crust.

10Top with remaining crumb mixture.

11Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Cool; chill.

12Refrigerate unused portions.
