- 6 whole Eggs (large)
- 1-1/2 cup Canola Oil
- 3 cups Sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 can (29 Oz.) Pumpkin
- 3-1/4 cups Flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips, To Sprinkle Over Half Of The Pan

- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING INGREDIENTS:
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese (I Use Light)
- 8 Tablespoons Butter, Softened
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla

1Mix together eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin. Fold in the dry ingredients and pour into a jelly roll pan (13 x 18 pan). Sprinkle half the pan with 1 cup of chocolate chips.

2Bake at 350F for 30 to 40 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Do not over-bake. Cool and frost the non-chocolate chips side of the bars with cream cheese frosting .

3To make the frosting, blend together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Beat in powdered sugar and vanilla.
