  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. diced Velveeta
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

    Spread hash browns over greased 13 x 9-inch glass dish.

    Stir constantly; don't let boil. Pour over hash browns.
