- 4 eggs
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil, sugar and pumpkin.

2Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

3Gradually add to pumpkin mixture and mix well.

4Pour into an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 baking pan.

5Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

6Cool completely.
