- 5 cups flour
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 (13 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
Directions

1preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2mix flour, cinnamon, cloves, sugar, salt and soda in a large bowl.

3in a medium bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, egg, and oil with electric mixer; only mix until just blended slowly add flour to liquid mixture with hand mixer just until blended nicely.

4divide mix into 3 lightly buttered loaf pans.

5Bake for 1 hour.

6Cool in pans on wire racks.

7turn out over wire rack and store.

8Should enjoy within 4-5 days.

9Can be frozen if you desire to keep for a later date.
