- 1 34 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 cup vegetable oil
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 13 cup water
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup fresh pumpkin
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 cup chopped walnuts
- powdered sugar
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Combine all dry ingredients (except walnuts and powdered sugar).

3Mix well.

4In another bowl, combine pumpkin, water, eggs, vanilla and oil.

5Mix well.

6Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture and beat thoroughly.

7Stir in nuts and pour batter into a greased loaf pan.

8Bake for 75-80 minutes.

9Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.

10Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
