- 1 1/2 c. brown rice syrup or honey or fructose
- 1/2 c. canola oil and/or safflower oil
- 1/2 c. applesauce, unsweetened
- 4 eggs
- 3.5 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. wheat germ or oat bran
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. light salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
Directions

1Combine all ingredients.

2Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan prepared with Pam. Bake at 350° for 60 to 75 minutes until knife comes out clean.
