  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (no pudding)
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon

    Reserve one cup of cake mix for topping.

    Mix together the rest of the cake mix,

    melted butter and egg and pat into the bottom and sides of a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

    Mix together the pumpkin,

    eggs, sugars, milk and cinnamon and pour over crust. Sprinkle with topping and bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes.

    Cool and serve with whipped cream.
