- 1 c. canned pumpkin
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. whole pecans
Directions

1Mix and beat at medium speed for 5 minutes.

2Grease a Bundt pan and flour.

3Place whole pecans in bottom of pan.

4Pour in the mix batter and bake at 350°

5for 40 to 45 minutes.

6Let cool 15 minutes and place on wire rack to cool.

7Serve with cream.
