Easy Pineapple Danish

- 1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 slices reduced calorie white bread
- 1 tsp. margarine, melted
- 1 c. drained canned crushed pineapple (no sugar added)
Directions

1In smal bowl combine yogurt, sugar and vanilla; set aside. Brush 1 side of each slice of bread with half of the margarine. Place bread, margarine side up, on baking sheet.

2Broil until bread is lightly browned, 1 to 2 minutes.

3Spread each bread slice with 1/2 cup pineapple and continue broiling until pineapple is heated through, 2 to 3 minutes.

4Top each Danish with half of the yogurt mixture, serve immediately.
